Yes! We offer quite a variety of options for custom doughnuts and specialty items for events! See our website for more details: Custom Orders & Catering or Specialty Items
Not at this time, but we do hope to offer that information in the future. The process of obtaining accurate nutritional information is cost prohibitive for a small, locally owned business like FROST. As soon as we are able to, we will send our products in for the required lab testing to determine that information and make it available to our guests.
We have three categories of doughnuts: Classic, Premium, and Evolved. We also have three options for dozens. Our "Classic Dozen" of Classic variety doughnuts is $9.99. Our "Evolved Dozen", containing all Evolved variety doughnuts (our most unique and extravagant!) is $16.99. The most popular is our "Mix + Match Dozen" which features selections from each of our three categories, is $14.99. (Prices listed are pre-tax)
In our industry, you get what you pay for. We are proud to use the best ingredients we can afford and still keep our prices reasonable. Sure, you may pay a little more at FROST, but you are getting the freshest and most delicious product available anywhere. Why skimp when you splurge?
FROST is inspired by the act of "frosting", or more specifically, to "frost" a doughnut. The sweet, thin veil of glaze on a FROST doughnut is also like the early morning frost here in Seattle!
No. FROST was created by three best friends that live just blocks from our first shop. While we do plan on opening more FROST stores in the very near future, we currently have no plans to franchise.

We do have plans for opening new stores, however we will not be announcing them until construction begins. If you believe you have the perfect spot for FROST, feel free to contact us.
Our Mill Creek Town Center location is subject to existing exclusivity agreements that prohibit us from the sale of espresso or espresso-based beverages. We honor those agreements as we would expect others to honor ours, therefore we comply fully. Future FROST stores will offer a wide variety of espresso drinks.
Since FROST opened we have teamed up with many organizations that we feel serve our community, and align with our values. If you are interested in working with us, please view our Community Stewardship page, and contact us.
Our ability to offer tours at our current location is limited. Because of it's size and the hazards of the equipment we use, we are sadly unable to allow children to enter our kitchen. We do however feature an "exhibition-style" kitchen allowing children and adults alike to observe the doughnut-making process as it happens at any time.

At present, the signature FROST embroidered polo shirts are exclusively for employees only. We do however have a wide variety of great FROST logo gear, including T-Shirts and other apparel! We hope to offer a similar embroidered polo-style shirt to our guests in the future.
Our guests have some of the greatest ideas for new doughnut varieties! Feel free to drop us a note with your suggestions. Please note that submissions become the property of FROST. We are happy to provide credit (and perhaps even some FROST gifts!) for any doughnut ideas we put into production.
